Join our Third-Party Risk team, working as a core member of the Group Procurement team which is part of the Business Services Division of Macquarie.
What role will you play?

You will be primarily responsible for managing the team mailbox triage as well as ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of third-party related data captured in the system and assisting in the development and dissemination of supplier risk and outsourcing reporting.
You will collaborate in the production of internal user guides and intranet content regarding supplier risk management including outsourcing as well as development of content for raising awareness and training campaigns across learning channels in Macquarie.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore opportunities to automate and systemize repeatable work patterns to improve efficiency.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate at a business level with all levels of stakeholders
- Able to analyse complex data with a strong attention to detail and focus on identifying solutions
- Tenacious yet flexible, with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Solid analytical skills to report data in a meaningful manner
- Ability to interpret and apply obligations against a policy or risk management framework.
