Join our Corporate Operations Group Technology division and be part of a broader team that has end-to-end ownership of our group wide digital content and marketing technology platforms, powering over 20 public facing websites including macquarie.com. We are a multidisciplinary agile team, executing delivery and production support of the digital content management platform.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for maintaining a high-performing team, ensuring the reliability and uptime of the applications your team owns, and collaborating with other engineering leaders to unblock issues impacting delivery.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ of experience managing software teams delivering customer-facing projects.
  • Strong technical background (preferably Java-based) with AEM experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of building scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications
  • Experience with public cloud stack (AWS) is preferred
