What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will include the completion of all day-to-day on-boarding tasks which include liaising with candidates/employees, hiring managers and vendors to facilitate completion of employment screening checks, updating HR systems, tools and tracking logs and answering inquiries via email and phone. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other functional teams, which include onboarding, data Management and more.

What you offer

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience in transformation ideas and process enhancement
  • Strong achievement drive and the ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining a consistently high-quality standard of work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong capability in working effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams
  • Strong problem solving, high attention to detail / accuracy and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge on PowerApp and Alteryx would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in areas such as background screening, Know Your Employee , risk management or project coordination activities would be beneficial.
