The Securitisation team within the Fixed Income and Currencies Division offers institutional issuers and investors access to securitisation products through the provision of rated term debt, structured warehouse facilities, corporate loans, bond structures, often working in conjunction with other divisions within Commodities and Global Markets Group.

As a result of growth in the business, we are seeking a Senior Analyst to assist senior team members with the origination and execution of transactions together with managing existing balance sheet facilities.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will prepare pitch documents for prospective opportunities and perform cash flow modelling of asset pools. You will also prepare documentation and periodic reports for clients and counterparties which include credit papers, transaction term sheets and warehouse reporting. You will be working with our Treasury, Credit Risk, Market Operations, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate transactions including processing facility drawdowns and repayment.

In addition, you will be performing client-driven and internal securitisation data analysis and tasks along with Ad hoc special project work for a variety of business growth opportunities.

What you offer

• 3+ years’ experience in banking financial services in either credit or deal flow management / principal finance or related experience
• Proven experience with credit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
