Sitting within Commodities and Global Markets Central team, the Platforms team is responsible for designing and incorporating new product screens into a new, state of-the-art front office trading platform. You will be part of a global team, working to deliver a new trading platform with focus on the commodities & repo desks.

What role will you play?

You will be working with front office to gather their requirements for the new product screens, and gather feedback on legacy platforms. As well as this, you will be driving improvements to the platform for both existing screens as well as those under development. You will be working with our Technology team to guide and direct members as they navigate the requirements and designs, as well as testing the new product screens and functions to ensure all requirements have been met. You will gain exposure to a broad range of products and systems across Commodities and Global Markets – learning and applying new things every day

What you offer

• 3+ years prior experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
• Ideally possess domain knowledge of financial markets products, including understanding of front to back system flows and product lifecycles
• A keen eye for what makes a good User Experience as well as an ability to understand the technology behind the application
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
