We have an exciting opportunity for a technology audit/risk professional to join our team as a manager in the Internal Audit division, focusing on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business integrated audits.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of an audit, from planning through to reporting. You will support business technology audits covering key controls, including user access management, change management, security, and data validation controls. You will identify control weaknesses, share insights on areas for improvement, and support the team leads and audit directors in preparing audit reports for the Board Audit Committee and senior management.

While the role is based in Gurugram, you will be joining an Internal Audit team that is represented globally, allowing you to engage with professionals worldwide as part of global and regional audits.

What you offer

  • 6+ years of experience in technology audit or risk management, with extensive experience in understanding risk and in identifying and testing technology controls.
  • Proven technical and analytical skills are required. Qualifications in information systems or cyber security are desirable (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCAK, CSX).
  • Ability to process complex information in a dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with and influence internal and external stakeholders.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
