Our Group Treasury end to end transformation team provides detailed insights to assist in overall test strategy and program delivery, acting as a partner between the business, reporting and testing teams.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will work closely with business and business aligned teams within Group Treasury to develop test strategies across business and Group Treasury teams. You will be the bridge between test strategy and the test management team implementing the strategy to the ways of working, and accountable to drive the planning, implementation, and delivery of testing phases, in close alignment with one of our business operating groups.

What you offer

  • Extensive experience within financial services, working within either a Treasury or regulatory function
  • Understanding of financial products, either retail or markets
  • Experience working on large programmes across delivery and implementation phase
  • Active contributor to business ideation, product build or knowledge collaterals
  • Stakeholder management skillset, able to engage with senior leadership and program managers.
