The Central division supports the effective and efficient operation of the Risk Management Group by providing centralised services for strategy, data management, analytics, change, projects and learning and development. The division also establishes and oversees the key risk management framework elements and supports Macquarie-wide risk training.

This role reports to the Training Operations Lead and is part of the People Engagement team. As a Training Operations Analyst, you will support the delivery of the Global Risk Training Program through the administration and management of Macquarie’s mandatory training initiatives.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and confident in interacting with different stakeholders across all levels
  • A desire to continually learn and develop skillset across a broad range of subject matters
  • Proficient data literacy capabilities with experience analyzing and interpreting insights from multiple data sources
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications suite with competence in MS Excel.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
