What role will you play?

As a Mergers & Acquisitions intern within the Macquarie Capital France team, you will support and assist in analysing potential investments opportunities (valuation, business planning, market analysis, due diligence support), as well as originating new potential transactions (information research, targets identification, etc.). In particular, you will be covering the energy transition and infrastructure sectors, for which Macquarie Capital is ranked number one advisor globally. Subject to deal flow, you will also have the opportunity assist the team in the execution of live transactions (acquisition and/or divestments of assets).

What you offer
  • We are looking for a motivated student in the final year or gap year of a top business or engineering school (or equivalent).
  • Strong language skills in both French and English
  • Previous experience as an intern in corporate finance advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions , private equity, transaction services, or leveraged finance would be a plus.
