What role will you play?

As a Full Stack Engineer you will take a lead role in our technical support team, focusing on fault finding and resolving simple issues across both web applications and server-side services and infrastructure.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the high performance and reliability of our applications by offering comprehensive support, ranging from level one to level three.

What you offer

• Proven experience in providing level one through level three support, showcasing an ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies and frameworks, with a preference for knowledge in the Spring Framework and React.js.
• Experience with Java, Typescript, and the ability to develop and troubleshoot RESTful services.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in using common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset that drives you to thoroughly understand the systems you work with.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for digging deep into technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of distributed computing like Kubernetes, EKS, Spark would be beneficial.
