What you offer

- Proven experience in providing level 1 through level 3 support, showcasing an ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Solid understanding of web development technologies and frameworks, with a preference for knowledge in the Spring Framework and React.js
- Experience with Java, Typescript, and the ability to develop and troubleshoot RESTful services
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL,) and proficiency in SQL databases
- Experienced in using common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc
- Good problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset that drives you to tinker with and thoroughly understand the systems you work with
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for digging deep into technologies and methodologies, always seeking to learn and improve
- Knowledge of distributed computing like Kubernetes, EKS, Spark would be beneficial but not required.
