What role will you play?

In this critical role, you will be providing technical support for the Macquarie Banking cloud hosted Java applications. You and your team will work together to deliver an excellent experience for our clients on their day-to-day banking activities.

In collaboration with product and engineering teams, you will assist in identifying and developing tools and processes for continuous improvement of the incident management and service assurance process as well as find root cause of issues and craft solutions.

What you offer

• Basic application development experience in either JAVA or Angular
• Experience in application management and support
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate your thoughts to any audience
• Good trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• A continuous learning and improvement mindset
• Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
• Cloud and containerization technologies
• SQL
• Observability and monitoring tools.
