What role will you play?

As a Technology Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and growing our Financial Planning and Analysis solution offerings (Anaplan and Planning Analytics TM1) by engaging with technology and business stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and ensuring our platforms and teams are set up for success to deliver key business outcomes. In this dynamic role, you will have a unique opportunity to experience the breadth and depth of our technology offering as well as gaining insights across the Macquarie Group, while working collaboratively with high performing cross-functional teams to deliver the objectives.

What you offer

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, data analysis tools, APIs, and technical documentation platforms.
• Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and communicating requirements through user stories, functional specs, and wireframes.
• Ability to effectively manage expectations, facilitate discussions, and bridge technical and business needs.
• Capability to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and provide innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and participating in sprints and team collaboration.
