Join our dynamic HR Technology Data team and play a pivotal role in driving our key data strategies in line with our organisational roadmap. Your contributions will be vital in meeting our risk obligations, achieving platform unification and driving future-focused, resilient and adaptive data and analytics platforms for our customers.

In this role, you will design, build and manage sophisticated data solutions that help in analysing employee data, improving HR operational efficiencies and providing insights for strategic decisions. 

What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record in designing and implementing data solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Solid Data Engineering and Data Platform experience on Apache SPARK, Python and AWS services e.g. Glue, Redshift, EKS, Lambda etc.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and data warehousing technologies
  • Experience with ETL tools and processes, as well as familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Strong hands-on implementation experience on Airflow orchestrating jobs on data platforms.
