What role will you play?

As a Saas Platform Manager, you will oversee the administration and running of technology platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and driving continuous innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers, bringing with you a good understanding of SaaS business models.

You will maintain and enhance our SaaS platform ensuring it meets the high standards of performance, security, and compliance demanded by the financial industry, while also seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the platform development team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you offer

• Experience in leading a SaaS platform development team, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, architectures, and business models
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architectures, and DevOps practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
