What role will you play?

Working within our Americas Client Solutions team, you will use your relationship management and analytical skills to proactively support clients daily, developing strategic partnerships and identifying areas for improved operational efficiencies. Utilizing your technical skills, you will respond to client inquiries around trade discrepancies, commission, fee and brokerage discrepancies, and perform root cause problem analysis. 

What you offer

  • Senior level knowledge and experience with commodities, global markets, futures commission merchants, futures and options, trade life cycle, and post trade processing and execution.
  • Demonstrated work on controls and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as presentation and demonstration skills to stakeholders.
  • Experience assisting clients and collaborating with internal team members on trade life cycle and post trade processing requests with respects to futures and options.
  • Proven customer service and relationship management experience.
