Join our Corporate Operations Group as a Business Analyst on the Institutional Client Onboarding program. In partnership with specialist business teams, you will join a cross-functional team of project managers and business analysts responsible for delivering Macquarie’s Targeting Operating Model for Counterparty Lifecycle Management and for ensuring we fulfill our KYC and AML regulatory obligations.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate workshops, gather requirements and document current and future state processes to deliver meaningful change in an Agile structure. You will be supported by Counterparty Lifecycle Management SME’s with strong experience of the current state, and will be expected to provide their voice on the Project, and to manage the delivery plan for this workstream. Your role will include bringing your knowledge of market best practice into these workshops, including ultimately in the design of the migration approach.


What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, ideally with experience or ambitions to gain experience in Project Management
  • Understanding of best practice in Counterparty Lifecycle Management in institutional financial services organisations, gained through a background in performing CDD / KYC in a line role
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working, experience in iterative development processes
  • Hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions and a track record on driving digitalization, automation and data adoption
  • Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply
  • Prior experience with Fen-X (Fenergo Cloud solutions) will be highly regarded.
