What role will you play?

In this role, you will assist the sales team in all trade lifecycle management, including but not limited to deal structuring, booking, quote capture, and post trade reconciliation of confirmation documentation as well as settlement cash flow values. You will identify and implement any process improvements that may lead to greater efficiency within the trade lifecycle. You will also help manage the counterparty lifecycle, credit exposure and utilize in-house pricing models to structure various trade ideas for client quotation.  

Salary range for this position: $85,000- $115,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Experience sitting on or supporting a trading desk or flow sales team
  • Ability to learn and understand swaps, derivatives and commodity markets
  • Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency and work under a pressurized trading environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Technical skills, including the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
