Join our Employee Relations team, positioned at the core of our operations, dedicated to fostering a customer-centric workplace culture that prioritizes efficiency and innovation. As part of our EMEA-based team of Employee Relations Consultants, all of whom are qualified Employment Lawyers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving our Employee Relations agenda across the region.

As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will offer commercially astute advice on a wide spectrum of Employee Relations and employment law matters, contributing significantly to our regional Employee Relations strategy. Your role will encompass direct support to specific client groups within both front office and support functions, alongside a diverse range of centralized project work. This includes managing employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, litigation case management, and overseeing restructuring or reorganisations, performance management, as well as projects related to M&A activities and adapting to regulatory changes.

- A legal qualification from the UK or Europe, with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience and a background in employment law or Employee Relations within a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a team environment while also being driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Demonstrable client-focused approach, paired with strong influencing skills, allowing you to effectively partner with business-aligned HR Business Partners, Reward colleagues, and engage directly with business clients and colleagues across Compliance, Finance, and Legal departments.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred, with a special emphasis on those with cross-border expertise, showcasing an ability to navigate the complexities of international employment law.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a diverse range of stakeholders.
