What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our diverse HR Business stakeholders to analyse their business needs and develop technical specifications for system and data design, together with various technical teams. You will be key to ensuring effective communication between our technical and HR Business teams by leveraging your IT and business knowledge to facilitate the successful design and implementation of technical solutions. 

In addition, you will perform in-depth examinations of different business operations to identify opportunities for process optimisation and recommend technology solutions to improve our employee experience.

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ experience in a technical business analyst role or similar
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate intricate business processes into technical specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated by successful collaboration with both technical and business teams
  • Competency in handling numerous tasks simultaneously and delivering results within stringent timeframes
  • Experience with HR technologies and knowledge of mapping user journeys and project management practices (such as Agile and Scrum) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) will be an advantage.
