What role will you play?

As an Application Support Analyst, you will support critical applications essential for the seamless operation of our settlement processes, including trade confirmations, invoicing, and margining. You will translate technical language into business terminology and leverage your deep analytical skills and fast resolution capabilities to address user queries, manage system alerts, and handle application incidents, changes, and support escalations.

What you offer

  • 3+ years' of experience within the financial industry focusing on middle and back-office platforms in a UNIX and Windows environment
  • Proven background in proactive identification of problems and implementing solutions
  • Demonstrated experience writing SQL queries and interacting with databases (e.g. SQLServer and PostGres)
  • Good knowledge of support tools (e.g. Helix, Grafana, Jira) for Monitoring/Incident/Change/Problem management
  • An understanding of technology platforms, such as Calypso, Finastra (Global Pay Plus), Solace and AWS
