What role will you play?

As a key contributor, you’ll aim to deliver and support in-house systems and vendor solutions and ensure seamless operations and integrations. You will develop solutions that facilitate effective integration with both upstream and downstream systems, and will be adept at designing, implementing, and testing solutions for new components or modifications to existing functionalities.  

You’ll be responsible for performing peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Being a member of a global distributed team, collaborating effectively across different time zones and cultures. Additionally, being able to write product specifications and technical documentation to support our projects. Being part of the DevOps team, you will actively participate in operational and support activities to maintain and enhance system performance. 

What you offer

  • Firm grasp of software engineering practices with a focus on web technologies and platforms. Demonstrated experience in software development, using Java, Spring, JavaScript either Angular or React. 
  • Has a good understanding of data structures, design patterns and algorithms, and an understanding of how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions. Experience in RDBMS, SQL, JPA, and Hibernate is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps principles, with a DevOps mindset and a drive to automate processes and workflows
  • Good understanding of data structures, design patterns and algorithms and how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions.
  • Ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively with both business and technical colleagues (written and verbal)
  • Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring software development teams and in delivering working software together with them.
