Join our Cyber Security Technology team where you will be working with teams who provide a safe and responsive environment within Macquarie, as well as preparing for, protecting against and responding to cyber threats.

What role will you play?

You will be in a varied, delivery focused role to support the coordination and operations of the Security Testing Department. You will oversee project management activities across various teams, generate reports for stakeholders, provide an understanding of cyber security project particulars such as time frames and controls, and monitor project progress to address issues and ensure successful outcomes.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on deliverables. You will coordinate and manage both human and financial resources, provide administrative support, ensure vendor compliance is adhered to, and act as the primary point of contact when managing documentation and reports.

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ of experience in Project Coordination or similar role
  • Experience in Atlassian tools, Jira, Confluence
  • Possess organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to collaborate, plan, and effectively complete reports in a timely manner.
  • Strong stakeholder, and verbal and written communication skills ability to build relationships with stakeholder groups
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
