Join our global MacCap Information Services team and utilise your experience in Information Services to provide information research, training and subscriptions support to the Macquarie Capital business globally.
Information Services is a small global team of information research professionals based in Sydney, Hong Kong, London and New York, providing business information and subscriptions support to the Macquarie Capital business globally.

What role will you play?

As a member of our team, you will contribute to providing information research to requestors and manage access to external vendor databases for the business both directly and in conjunction with other Macquarie teams. You will assist in the management and approval process for renewals within MacCap and have the opportunity to provide advice to transaction staff on strategies for searching databases and provide or arrange specific vendor training as required.

Joining a transactions/deal focused environment, you will be a people-person, who naturally enjoys communicating with stakeholders by a variety of forums and deliver information research and subscriptions requests accurately and in a timely manner.
We would like to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- 5 years+ experience working in a business information services environment.
- Experience with database services such as Refinitiv, Dealogic, Factiva, Bloomberg, Factset or CapIQ
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve, respond quickly to requests and handle a workload requiring creative, analytical and evaluative thought processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Degree qualifications in information/library services or similar is preferred, however candidates with alternate degree qualifications and relevant experience in a similar information services role will be considered.
