We are looking for Business Analyst to support our Digital Banking Department As we move towards being the number 1 digital bank, we are looking for people who can drive and shape our business.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will work with a dedicated team to solve problems and generate outstanding outcomes for our personal banking clients on both online and mobile banking platforms. You will ynderstand our customers' needs in the origination space along with gathering requirements, uncovering pain points, and conducting user story refinement.

You will collaborate closely with the B2C Product Manager to identify the best solutions for prioritised features, and working with Designers, Architects, Lead Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality feature releases. You will work closely with designers to write requirements for digital applications, including both mobile and desktop platforms and oversee the development and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions.

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in collaborating with designers and working on digital applications for both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
