Join our HR Technology Operations group, where you'll be part of the HR Information Systems team which handles system setups such as organisational structure, e-mail templates, holiday schedules, user roles, permissions and user profiles.

What role will you play?

As System Administrator, you will develop a working knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Pega functionalities, as well as support and change control processes. You will perform security reviews, system audits and impact analysis as well as work with stakeholders to identify changes to processes that improve the accuracy and consistency of HR data.

What you offer

  • A confident, driven and collaborative individual with a background in system administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of curiosity and attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft system administration
  • Experience in SQL, HTML, Microsoft Excel, PeopleSoft Query and PeopleSoft HR payroll system administration, with a focus on Global Payroll, is an advantage.
