What role will you play?

As a Collaboration Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the delivery of Zoom as a service for Macquarie. You will serve as a global subject matter expert in the architecture and administration of the platform and will represent the top level of internal case escalations

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience as a Zoom Administrator, and expertise on all associated zoom product offering and services.
• Connector,VDI integration, ZDM, CRC, Zooms Rooms and Zoom contact center.
• Prior participation in Zoom architectural design and integration/onboarding of Zoom would be beneficial
• Strong background in collaboration tools and services (MS Teams, WebEx, Slack)
• Experience working within a highly-regulated environment for an organisation with global presence
• Experience with Pexip Connect would be high advantageous
• Knowledge of network and technology infrastructure is beneficial.
