As the Technical Lead for Market Data Technology, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality solutions and services.
you are responsible for developing and implementing an innovative strategy, a unified architecture, and a delivery roadmap that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices. You will have the opportunity to be involved in simplifying and modernising the market data infrastructure to support the Bank's migration to the cloud and automating manual activities.
Additionally, you will identify and mitigate technology-related risks associated with market data operations, ensuring that systems and processes adhere to relevant standards, policies, and compliance requirements. Furthermore, you will evaluate, select, and manage relationships with market data vendors and service providers.
What you offer

- Strong knowledge of market data systems, including data feeds, market data platforms, and trading systems.
- Proficiency in market data system architecture design and implementation, database technologies, and cloud computing.
- Experience in the formation and delivery of a transformation strategy
- Engineering mindset, with a passion for simplification and automation
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to market data, e.g. MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, DORA, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
