What role will you play?

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, your role involves developing and managing comprehensive campaigns from start to finish, leveraging platform tools to deliver top-tier experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities include developing media strategies, planning, and overseeing media buying, while also identifying industry trends and opportunities for innovation.

You will be tasked with the creation, execution, and maintenance of digital campaigns across various advertising platforms, focusing on campaign build, budget management, and asset optimisation. A significant aspect of your role is to measure campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisation recommendations.

You will report on digital campaign performance, evaluate them against set goals and provide the wider marketing team with regular updates. In addition, you will assess the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, drive optimisation and test initiatives to enhance the customer

What you offer

  • 4+ years’ of hands-on experience in running digital media campaigns across paid social, search engine marketing, Programmatic Media buying
  • Proven track record of developing innovative and effective strategies across various industries
  • Hands-on digital platform experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), Google Analytics, Social Channels (Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Ads)
  • Ability to assess competitive levels for keywords and audience and the resulting impact on CPC/CPM.
  • Confidence in managing large media budgets and executing campaigns within allocated parameters.
  • Proven experience in A/B testing: Developing test and learn frameworks and driving conversion rates.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of juggling multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
