Join our Fixed Income and Currencies team and be part of the Commodities and Global Markets business. Our team provides currencies and fixed income trading and hedging services to a range of corporate and institutional clients globally. The Chief Operating Office team support day-to-day operations, developing solutions for operational, commercial and strategic issues facing the business.

As a Fixed Income and Currencies Program Manager your focus will be on an upgrade to our Settlement System before having the opportunity to work on other projects. You will work with various stakeholders within Commodities and Global Markets, Technology, Finance and Market Operations as well as potential external vendors to build buy-in to the delivery, to ensure milestones are met and to provide oversight to activity transforming processes and practices across the team.

You will ensure cross-functional collaboration, management of resources and RAID, and facilitate the Steering Committee. Additionally, you will provide regular updates on project progress, seek guidance on strategic decisions and align project outcomes with organisational goals.

What you offer

• 10+ years of experience in a program or senior project manager role, managing numerous streams of work and preferably within the financial services sector
• Proven leadership skills in steering complex projects, fostering collaboration and motivating cross-functional teams of indirect reports
• Prior experience in leading system implementations, ideally within the financial markets domain, including trading or settlements
• Experience in Calypso and/or Mainframe Settlements systems preferred
• Strong risk management and control mindset
• A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
