What role will you play?

As a Vice President/Senior Vice President in the Infrastructure and Energy group, you will be an instrumental member of the midstream advisory team in the Houston office supporting our clients’ M&A and capital market needs. You will use your expertise in valuation and analysis to evaluate companies and projects under various operating scenarios, as well as to analyze the impacts of different business plans, revenue and cost models and capital structures. You will be involved with all expects of transaction origination and execution in the midstream infrastructure sector, including performing and coordinating research of target companies and assets, pitching to clients, assessing transaction opportunities, coordinating due diligence, overseeing and driving approach and assumptions around valuations, preparation of various presentations and analysis for clients, and structuring and negotiating of financing and transaction documents to execute transactions involving both equity and debt. 

What you offer

  • 6+ years’ experience in project finance or development from a commercial bank, M&A, fund, law firm or corporate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Geology or Law
  • Experience leading and supervising complex transactions and initiatives
  • Understanding of the broader infrastructure and energy sectors, with sound commercial judgement and strong presentation skills.
