Our Transfer Pricing team is an integral part of our global Taxation Division, comprising experts stationed in key financial hubs across the world including Sydney, Hong Kong, New York, Gurugram, and London. This team specialises in managing and advising on transfer pricing matters, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment across our international operations. By working closely with various business units and leveraging insights from a global perspective, our team plays a crucial role in supporting the Group's cross-border transactions and operational efficiency.

As a Transfer Pricing Manager focusing on the EMEA region, you will be at the heart of managing and advising on transfer pricing matters that are critical to our cross-border dealings. Your role will involve close collaboration with business areas to address day-to-day transfer pricing challenges, overseeing the preparation of crucial documentation, and engaging with both internal teams and external advisors to ensure our practices are aligned with current legislation and best practices. Your contributions will directly impact the Group's ability to navigate the complexities of international tax regulations efficiently and effectively.

What you offer

  • A keen analytical mind with the ability to tackle complex transfer pricing issues, ideally with a background in economics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a tax environment, whether in a chartered accounting practice or a corporate tax division, with a preference for those who have dealt with banking and finance industry issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining relationships both within and outside the organisation
  • A proactive, service-driven approach, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team while adapting to dynamic changes
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and articulate technical views within set parameters, demonstrating a commercial focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
