Due to the continued expansion of Macquarie’s trading businesses in the Americas, we have an opportunity for you to join our Credit team, a division within the Risk Management Group, in New York, with a focus on credit analysis of fund counterparties to help facilitate trading in the Commodities and Global Markets division. What role will you play?

In this role, you will be assisting with trading counterparties early in the deal process, identifying key issues and coordinating the credit response. Conducting real time, ongoing and self-initiated monitoring of counterparty developments/market changes, reviewing new counterparties (primarily fund counterparties- hedge funds, regulated funds private equity) and providing recommendations and opinions on establishment of limits are all functions of your role on the team. You will also be responsible for the Annual review of existing counterparty limits and monitoring credit exposures, as well as performing due diligence and negotiation of legal documentation and recommending appropriate mitigants.

Salary range for this position: $90,000- $100,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.   • 2 - 4 years' experience

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
