Our Commodity and Financial Markets Operations Projects team is dedicated to delivering transformative and innovative solutions for the Commodities and Global Markets division. Working across various global hubs, we collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and drive technological advancements.

What role will you play?

As a key member of our change team, you will be instrumental in delivering transformation and operational improvements. You will support the use of key capabilities and analytics tools, ensuring our services to Commodities and Global Markets and our clients are continually enhanced. In this fast-paced and outcome-focused environment, you will work closely with various stakeholders across Operations and the Corporate Operations Group to achieve impactful results.

You will also work across a variety of projects and project activities such as gathering data and requirements, leading change across the team, and coordinating user acceptance testing and change management. In addition, you will be across business analysis, project management and change management.

What you offer

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Information Technology, with certifications in Business Analytics, Innovation, or related areas
  • Strong data analysis and numerical skills
  • Ability to prioritise work schedules and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to learn through your own experiences.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Financial Markets and associated products is preferred. Knowledge such as Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Derivatives and Commodities are beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in Operations or Middle or Back-Office processes, including Client Onboarding, Trade Verification, Confirmation, Settlements, or Reconciliations, is preferred but not essential.
