Join our HR team in this exciting role, where you will work closely with the People Experience and various Human Resources teams to provide support on a wide range of HR and Operations activities and projects.

What role will you play?

You will lead and motivate a dynamic team to develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals as well as identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives that enhance team efficiency and productivity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless project execution and effective communication with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns and working collaboratively with various teams and departments to ensure timely resolution and delivery of inquiries or requests.

What you offer

• 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services, insurance or an audit firm
• Collaborative, team-based work style with strong communication skills, high attention to detail and good critical thinking, problem solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks and escalate issues clearly and concisely as required
• Ability to interpret complex verbal and written information and to identify conflicts of interest and areas of high regulatory/ compliance risk
• Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
• Experience in using HR platforms such as Oracle, PeopleSoft HR, ServiceNow, PEGA would be an advantage.
