Join our Macquarie Asset Management Wealth Distribution team, within the Client Solutions Group as a Research Relationship Manager/Senior Manager.

What role will you play?

You will work within the Research team responsible for key gatekeeper intermediaries in the wealth market, and be a part of a high performing team helping to comprehensively service Research House clients and research house aligned consultants.

You will help drive the existing Research House ratings process, and work collaboratively with the Investment, Central Product, and Operations teams to achieve optimal fund ratings. You will review and provide oversight over the completion of all Requests For Information/Due Diligence Questionnaires and have oversight of ongoing data provision for Research House reviews /databases in an accurate and timely manner. You will take part and attend Ratings Houses Conferences, working with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate speaker representation and ensuring appropriate business development support at these events.

What you offer

  • Tertiary qualification in a quantitative, economics, finance or similar discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience working with research houses and/or investment teams
  • Core understanding of the Funds Management industry, investment markets and regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to build relationships
  • Strong internal stakeholder and external client relationship management skills
  • Passion to lead/support research house and consultant relationships.
