Join our dynamic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team supporting our Banking and Financial Services business. You will have the opportunity to gain relevant exposure in software systems within the SRE framework and work with various stakeholders to provide monitoring solutions using modern technologies.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a significant role in maintaining the reliability, scalability and performance of large scale, cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You will also be involved in the management of our software systems (from developing, automating, and to improving reliability and performance) in a DevOps/SRE framework.

What you offer

  • 4-9 years’ experience of software design & development with strong understanding of software development principles; proficient in Golang/Java, writing testable code.
  • Good knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS/GCP), and DevOps tools (e.g. GIT, Bitbucker, Jenkins etc.) with ability to handle performance issue, scalability issues, and reliability.
  • Well versed in Agile methodologies, and data processing pipelines. It is also advantageous to have good knowledge on SRE concepts (e.g. SLOs/SLIs, error budget, anti-fragility, etc.).
  • Knowledge on APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog) and log monitoring tools (e.g. Sumologic, Splunk etc.) is also desirable.
  • Collaborative and excellent verbal and written communication skills especially when building playbooks and documentation processes.
