Join us in this exciting Strategic Delivery Lead role for the Platforms, Architecture and Assurance domain, where you will be responsible for strategic leadership across Cyber and Technology teams, management and execution, and fostering teamwork and stakeholder alignment.

What role will you play?

As part of the dynamic Macquarie Cybersecurity Transformation and Change Delivery Team, you will drive proactive transformation and maximize value from our investments, with a view to increasing automation, reducing risk, and mitigating threats. Working closely with the leadership teams, you will develop strategic roadmaps and provide execution capabilities to deliver the target outcomes. In collaboration with business units, engineers, and account stakeholders, you will be involved in co-designing programs to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes. 

In addition, you will facilitate strategic alignment, manage resources, and monitor performance, as well as be involved in continuous improvement initiatives through quarterly retrospectives, maintaining roadmaps, and preparing investment proposals.

What you offer

• Proven experience in strategic leadership roles within the Cyber and Technology domains.
• Strong understanding of cryptography services and key management systems (PKI and KMS).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and align strategic priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and continuous improvement practices.
