- Experience within the identity space, Privileged Access Management, and broader cyber security domains
- Proven track record of working in an Agile environment
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues, across different offices and time zones
- Positive attitude and highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and deliver with high quality
- Knowledge or experience with Identity Security or Cyber Security products such as CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Sailpoint IdentityIQis highly desirable.
