Join our diverse and global Privileged Access Management team within the Identity and Cyber Security group of our Technology division who is responsible for evolving and advancing our Privileged Access Management systems.

What role will you play?

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will partner closely with teams across Technology to advise, deliver and guide the adoption of Privileged Access Management capabilities. This includes increasing automation and uplifting cyber security. You will collaborate with customers and Product Owners to discover and understand customer needs and challenges. in this role, you will deliver automated capabilities to share and build identity security knowledge across technology teams. You will support increment planning through user story development and prioritisation activities. Additionally, you will assist with creating and maintaining patterns and end user guides and work alongside other regions to provide support, triage and respond to alerts and incidents for security systems, including CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault.

  • Experience within the identity space, Privileged Access Management, and broader cyber security domains
  • Proven track record of working in an Agile environment
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
  • Adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues, across different offices and time zones
  • Positive attitude and highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and deliver with high quality
  • Knowledge or experience with Identity Security or Cyber Security products such as CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Sailpoint IdentityIQis highly desirable.
