What role will you play?

As a Senior Change Manager, you will support the successful delivery of a major group-wide, multi-year program. Our Program aims to enable more targeted and efficient approvals of new products and new business that will be delivered through multiple work streams. You will develop and execute practical change management strategies and plans addressing the required cultural and behavioural elements needed to ensure changes are adopted and sustainable. You will have the opportunity to operate at a strategic level, engage with senior stakeholders, execute activities and work with users in this hands-on role.

What you offer

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Change practitioner with recent experience leading and implementing a change strategy within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and executing change management strategies and plans with significant cultural and behavioural elements.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change or an aligned field.
  • Prior experience in the Operational Risk domain is highly regarded.

We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
