Our Integrated Controls Monitoring team in Finance and Tax works closely with Business Unit and Central Finance teams, with a focus on driving strategic controls uplift and enhancing risk management practices across Finance functions.

What role will you play?

You will provide support in embedding a centre of excellence across global Finance teams to drive consistent application of Regulatory Reporting Policy and related controls across, and escalate material matters to senior management.


You will work closely with our ANZ Balance Sheet and Statistical Reporting team and act as a regulatory controls subject-matter-expert to monitor compliance and drive controls uplift. You will also assist the Head of Group Accounting, and reporting and management teams to fulfill their responsibilities.

You will provide support to the overall book of work relating to governance, training and monitoring activities, including global regulatory reporting obligations, managing external and internal audit and assurance reviews, updating management packs and key assumptions documents.


What you offer

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Extensive experience within an operational risk role within financial services/banking and exposure to regulatory reporting
  • Prior experience within internal audit and/or assurance roles is highly regarded
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting risk management policies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
