What role will you play?

As the Latin America Tax Manager, you will co-ordinate and manage the tax compliance and reporting for Macquarie in Brazil, Mexico, and other locations. You will also act as a technical resource within the Tax Reporting team, collaborating with Management, Tax Advisory, and business units on new products and entities in Latin American countries.

Salary range for this position: $150,000 - $180,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance; Masters in Tax and/or CPA
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar or complementary tax reporting role
• Detail-oriented with good intuitive reasoning skills and strong analytical, organizational, and research skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional and cross-border teams
• Financial Services industry experience preferred.
