While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will include the completion of all day-to-day on-boarding tasks including liaising with candidates/employees, hiring managers and vendors to facilitate completion of employment screening checks, updating HR systems, tools and tracking logs and answering inquiries via email and phone. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other functional teams, including Onboarding, Data Management, etc.

  • Strong time management and document preparation skills
  • Able to manage tasks through to completion
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
