We have an exciting opportunity to join our global MAM Digital CoE team where you will collaborate with various stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, and collaborating both with business and technology teams supporting the Macquarie Asset Management group.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements and analysing business processes. Additionally, you will identify key opportunities and risks while collaborating on solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work.

What you offer

  • 5 years as a Business Analyst with experience in a scrum environment;
  • Background in financial services or regulated fields with a strong risk mindset;
  • Proficiency in defining and operationalizing digital solutions for operational efficiency;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and strong analytical skills; and
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
