What role will you play?

As a core member of Global Security’s growing Data function, you will work across various streams including Workplace and Workforce Security, Fraud, and Operational Emergency Response. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage streams of work, becoming a Subject Matter Expert and eventual owner of data assets. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to innovate, deconstruct existing processes, and implement new, efficient solutions to enhance the data-focused position of Global Security. 

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ experience with data-engineering and visualisation tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI & JIRA knowledge required. 
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, with an ability to context shift across multiple streams of work. 
  • Experience implementing best practices for data handling, privacy, access, and change management. 
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders within Global Security, and across Macquarie, to gather requirements and design data products.
  • Ability to distil complex data concepts into a digestible format for non-technical stakeholders.
