You will be joining a team that provides solutions and services that are consumed internally and externally, covering our Risk management business groups building digital experiences (web and mobile), reporting solutions, data analysis, GenAI and AI agentic tooling.

What role will you play?

As a Solutions Architect, you will provide comprehensive architectural services for technology solutions. You will be an active member of our technology governance forums. You will work with modern technologies like Digital, Cloud computing, AI, and other emerging trends, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, define tooling and integration capabilities, and drive proof-of-concepts. 

You will guide the design, build, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems. Additionally, you will partner with Engineers and stakeholders to define and drive solutions used across our global businesses.


What you offer

  • Extensive experience in various architecture roles, with a proven track record in the design, build, and delivery of enterprise systems
  • Demonstrated ability to consider non-functional requirements as part of solution architecture, including strategic fit, commerciality, scalability and effort
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and solution architecture to business executives and senior leaders, including leading workshops
  • Deep understanding of modern technologies, including cloud computing, generative AI, Agentic AI Frameworks, and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to make rapid, data driven recommendations and decisions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to balance the investigation of future target state with focus on current agreed deliverables.
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies.
