What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities and risks, and collaborating on solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. You will work closely with the regional Fund Management Digital Solution team to identify and prioritize digital solutions and support the team through to implementation. Your role will involve documenting solutions with a focus on market trends, growth products, and client and employee experiences. You will be a beacon for change management through defining and overseeing project structure, ensuring strong governance is maintained.

Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $110,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or consulting background with experience working as part of a product team in scrum
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated field and a strong risk mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-starter growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to wider range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior exposure to working in cross-discipline teams and global time zones will be highly regarded.
