Join the Banking and Financial Services Marketing team as the Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing where you will have the opportunity to set the standard for how we show up as a highly loved and iconic consumer brand and grow the consumer portfolio including home loans and deposits by increasing consideration and market penetration through end-to-end funnel management.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Marketing, you will work collaboratively with the brand, performance and media functions as well as influencing and navigating internal stakeholders to deliver growth outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the fastest growing tech company in financial services, a prestigious brand with an agile, start-up culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and Go-To-Market strategies that drive awareness, consideration and conversion including proposition development based on data and insights, CVP and messaging hierarchy, campaign creative, execution, testing, learning and optimising. The GTM plans will be distributed through and to multiple audiences including consumers, mortgage brokers, advisers and private bank clients.

What you offer

  • 5-10 years’ experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns including category narratives and CVPs
  • Expertise in bringing brands to life through storytelling
  • Experience with cross functional communications and collaboration
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate concepts into action plans
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and highly adaptable to change
  • Highly accountable and driven to deliver results.
