Join our production assurance team to support our Commodities and Global Markets business, working closely with the app development teams as well as central infrastructure and cyber security services to ensure central solutions meet business requirements.

As a Service Integration Specialist, you will encompass both technical and delivery aspects. You will own and be accountable for positive business outcomes through the project lifecycle representing business requirements at design inception, championing update and governing adoption by our teams. 

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior systems integration, architecture, or delivery role, with a technical background in infrastructure or cyber security
  • Broad understanding of Infrastructure services including Cloud, VMware, Operating Systems, Infrastructure Automation, CICD, Monitoring, Networks and End user Devices at an enterprise scale.
  • Broad understanding of Cyber Security concepts and solutions including MFA, Access Management and vulnerability management
  • Ability to map out processes and identify opportunities to improve, automate and simplify them
  • Can influence opinionated stakeholders, maintain stakeholder relationships and work independently to resolve stakeholder conflicts
  • Delivery focus with ability to influence, resolve blockers and adapt to drive outcomes
  • Ability to learn quickly and conceptualise complex systems in a short timeframe
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Proactively identifies risk and develops mitigation options
  • Works independently, taking accountability for resolving challenges without needing detailed instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to summarise complex messaging into concise asks and convey information concisely at senior levels
