Join our retail credit operations team in Banking and Financial Services, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a positive impact. We provide post settlements supports to fulfil our customer value proposition via delivery of service, advice, investigations, risk mitigation reviews and assistance on remediations across home loans and car loans.

Working with both internal and external stakeholders you will collaborate to deliver a premium service experience. You will work closely with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, exercising discretion, problem solving and common sense to deliver a personalised service that is in line with our values.
