Join our team and you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment within our Equity Derivatives and Trading Operations team. We help deliver trade support services to our Commodities and Global Markets group.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end corporate action event life cycle for all equity and fixed income securities, including withholding tax, internal reporting, and client elections. You will interact with external agents such as custodians, clearers, and depositories, and respond to queries from middle-office, finance, and other parties. Additionally, you will handle election management in non-cash events.

What you offer

• Tertiary qualification in finance-related discipline with demonstrative experience of 3-5 Years in the financial/banking industry
• Minimum 4 Years of work experience into Corporate Actions.
• Able to work under pressure with risk mindset to investigate and escalate issues effectively.
• Amenable to work on public holidays, shifting schedules (including mid and night shifts), and extended hours as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
